Sydney Laughter is run by Kylie Willows, a Laughter Yoga Teacher internationally certified by Dr. Madan Kataria, the founder of laughter yoga worldwide.
Kylie believes that laughter yoga is about getting in touch with your natural and healthy desire to laugh freely and to express joy. Kylie is passionate about holistic healthcare and has been practicing and studying traditional yoga for many years. She decided to become a laughter leader and teacher after experiencing first hand laughter yoga’s magical ability to allow laughter to flow freely, to release stress and to enable one to live in the moment.
Kylie has lead laughter sessions for a wide range of people, running workshops in the corporate realm, for the general public, with children, and with special needs groups such as senior citizens or those with a health complaint or limited mobility.
Sydney Laughter aims to create a safe environment for people to express themselves freely and comfortably. A laughter workshop facilitated by Kylie is a convenient and easy group activity, guaranteed to:

- promote team work
- boost morale
Laughter yoga classes are custom designed by Sydney Laughter to take into account the unique needs of each group. Sydney Laughter will develop classes or workshops to accommodate time and space limitations, the physical abilities of participants, and participants’ previous experience with Laughter yoga – from absolute beginners to expert laughters.

In addition to laughter yoga we also offer various other workshops, such as stress relief strategies, well being classes, meditation and relaxation.
